Dream Catchers allow good dreams to pass through and slide down the feathers to the sleeper. Bad dreams become entangled in the webbing and melt away with the morning light." Joe is an enrolled member of the Lipan Apache band of Texas, Joe hand makes all the dream catchers, and makes them after sunset so that bad spirits can't see where he puts the webbing.
